Originally from Prince George but a Kelowna resident for almost two decades, brings a wealth of customer service and hospitality experience. Raised on a family golf course, she learned the importance of hard work and customer satisfaction early on. With a background in the coffee industry, including five years owning The Bean Scene in downtown Kelowna, she transformed it into a bustling two-story establishment. Charlotte also has experience as a server, bartender, and overseeing events at a prominent catering venue. Her upbeat attitude and meticulous attention to detail ensure she excels in every role.


Megan Routledge - Co-owner and smiling face behind emails and phone call

Also hailing from Prince George (yes, we've been friends since 8th grade!), studied business and psychology at the University of Northern British Columbia. Bartending to fund her studies, she discovered a passion for the F&B industry. With experience across Canada and Europe, Megan thrived in front-of-house roles in English and French. She managed a prominent wedding venue, ran restaurants, and orchestrated events in ski hill hotels. Currently, she serves as the Director of F&B at Panorama Resort, overseeing operations across seven diverse venues, including cafes, bars, and catering services.
